Welcome to Orchestra ("the Service"), an AI production platform located at www.mafdet.ai, operated by
Shanghai Jing'an District Mafdet Software Development Studio ("the Company", "we", or "us"). By registering
an account and using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for
all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payments. Your
relationship for any purchases is with Paddle.com, and subject to their Terms and Conditions.
2. Account Registration and Pricing Tiers
We offer three tiers of service:
- Free Tier: Available upon registration with limited access.
- Monthly Subscription: .90/month with a 1-month trial, then recurring monthly billing until canceled.
- Annual Plan: .90/year with no trial, recurring yearly billing until canceled.
3. Acceptable Use and AI Generation Policy
- You are solely responsible for the inputs (prompts, texts, images) you provide to the Service.
- You agree NOT to use the Service to generate illegal, hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content, nor to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Ownership of Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain the rights to the outputs you generate using the Service. The Company retains all rights to the underlying AI models, the "Mafdet" brand, and platform infrastructure.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, particularly the
Acceptable Use Policy, without a refund.
